Emergency Student Support Handout for Continuing Studies

Due to heavy reductions in household income and income from part-time work because of the impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic, the national government is offering support in the form of a cash handout to students who face difficulties continuing their studies abroad at universities (including graduate schools), junior colleges, technical colleges, vocational schools, and Japanese language schools.
Universities will decide who are able to receive a cash handout based on the contents of the application.
