Scholarship by JASSO

JASSO provides “Honors Scholarship” for students in Japanese language institutes in cooperation with the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education. Applications should be made through Yoshida Institute of Japanese language.

Eligibiity :

1. Self-supported students who have been enrolled in full-time course for more than nine months.
2. For students seeking to study Japanese intensively in order to enter a Japanese university, college, vocational school.
3. You have a good record and an attendance rate of 95 percent or above while you are at our institute.
4. Details will be announced on registration day in May.
5. The recruitment number of people : 2 – 3 students
6. The amount of scholarship : 30,000 yen per month (Up to 360,000 yen in total )
7. Duration : one year

Yoshida Institute Scholarship

Eligibiity :

1. Self-supported students who have been enrolled in full-time course for more than one year.
2. For students seeking to study Japanese intensively in order to enter a Japanese university, college, vocational school.
3. You have a good record and an attendance rate of 90 percent or above while you are at our institute.
4. Details will be announced on registration day in November.
5. The recruitment number of people : 3-5 students
6. The amount of scholarship : 100,000 yen
